Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze data related to teams, branch offices, and customers to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
- Extract meaningful insights from data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop reports that deliver actionable information to support business objectives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of monthly senior-level reports to monitor performance (KPIs) and support business growth.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify business opportunities, benchmark against industry peers, and analyze emerging trends.
- Provide support to the Global Marketing team on ad-hoc research and analytical tasks.
- Collaborate with global branch offices and be involved with MGM International (Las Vegas) to support initiatives and drive global business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related fields. Degrees in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Marketing Analytics are an advantage.
- Internship, project experience, or prior work in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields is an advantage. Experience in or knowledge of the Macau casino/gaming industry is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in both English (spoken and written) is required, good command of Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, manipulation, analysis, and data visualization techniques.
- Skilled in handling large datasets, identifying trends, and drawing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong presentation skills; including creating comprehensive, clean, and professional PowerPoint presentations tailored for business reporting, communication, and data storytelling.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods for data collection and analysis.
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is an advantage but is not required.
