Area Manager
Type of Work: Full Time, Exempt (Bonus Eligible)
Market: Connecticut (Groton, Hartford area, Manchester, Stamford)
Travel: This role oversees four Connecticut retail locations: Groton, Hartford area, Manchester, and Stamford. Weekly in‑market travel to these stores is required.
Candidates may reside in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or New York, provided they can reliably commute to the CT market multiple times per week. Regular driving between stores is a core responsibility of this position.
Who You Are:
As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing talent across multiple locations in CT to build consistency across the brand. You will coach, motivate, navigate, and be the sounding board for Store Managers, business partners, and sales drivers. Your responsibilities will include building the retail business strategy and setting direction for the store teams. This role is ideal for an experienced Area Manager or District Manager with multi‑store leadership experience across a regional footprint.
