Your Role

• Strong understanding of camera architecture, sensor technologies, and image signal processing (ISP) pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with SerDes configurations for high-speed data transmission in automotive or embedded systems.
• Proficiency in configuring camera sensors, including tuning parameters for optimal performance.
• Understanding of ISP stages such as demosaicing, noise reduction, color correction, and image enhancement.
• Build and optimize vision graphs, kernels, and nodes using TIOVX; integrate algorithms and ensure deterministic, real-time performance.
• Configure MIPI CSI-2 or FPD-Link/GMSL sensors; manage I²C registers, PLLs, exposure/white balance, sync signals; bring up serializer/deserializer chains with error diagnostics.
• Profile and optimize latency, throughput, and power; implement error handling, watchdogs, health monitoring, and robust boot/config flows.
• Experience on TI Jacinto/TDA platforms (e.g., TDA4x), Vision Apps, and Pipes; knowledge of VISS, VPAC, DMPAC blocks.
• Experience with thermal, EMI/EMC considerations in camera designs; board-level bring-up and validation.
• Managing the process of creating documentation, design and applied technical solutions within the team/domain
• Ensuring compliance of the created software with ASPICE processes and company programming standards
• Active cooperation with other programming teams, as well as with other departments, i.e. system, testing, etc.
• Communication with team leaders, project managers and the customer
• Taking care of the company's good image in the eyes of customers and partners.
• Taking care of confidential information and company property.

We are looking for A graduate in BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech (Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation, Robotics) with 5+ years of Software development work experience. A go-getter, good in communication, challenge ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv mission A Learning Enthusiast to be passionate about learning, follow trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions

Skill Set Requirement

• BE/ME/MCA degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related R
• Experience in Automotive and/or aviation industry P
• Prior experience in embedded programming of microcontrollers C and C++ R
• Prior experience in programming in operating systems VXworks or QNX or FreeRTOS or SAFERTOS  R
• Practical knowledge of the multicore systems R
• Practical knowledge of the I2C/MIPI CSI/SPI interface R
• Prior experience in the camera system programming R
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of Automotive SPICE, SPICE or other software development process R
• Very good knowledge of tools for programming microcontrollers R
• Very good knowledge of SW engineering tools supporting software production process (git/gerrit, jira, etc.) R
• Very good communication skills R

Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience.
