We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Working Student (m/f/d) to join our growing Operations team. In this role, you will gain valuable practical experience by supporting our day-to-day supply chain activities across procurement, logistics, and fulfillment. You will assist in coordinating cross-functional workflows, tracking key performance indicators, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is ideal for a student who is eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a dynamic environment, enjoys taking ownership of tasks, and wants to learn how supply chains operate in practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, controlling, and optimizing supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, scheduling, order management)
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between purchasing, production, logistics, and sales
• Contribute to the improvement and development of internal supply chain processes and tools
• Prepare and analyze reports and KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, inventory levels)
• Actively support daily operations and cross-functional projects
• Help manage escalations and supply disruptions with a solution-oriented approach

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently enrolled in a business-related degree program (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar)
• Ideally first practical experience through internships or part-time roles in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or customer service
• Strong hands-on mentality – willing to support operational tasks as needed
• High level of flexibility, motivation, and reliability
• Confident use of Google Workspace (G Suite)
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
• Excel skills and quick understanding of digital tools
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required
• Team player with a structured and proactive working style and strong communication skills
• EU Citizenship required
