Linklaters is looking for a motivated and talented Associate to join its Banking Energy&Infrastructure team in Milan.

Your responsibilities

​You will advise leading Italian and international clients throughout all stages of the company lifecycle. As part of a large and truly global practice, teamwork is essential. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across our international offices.

Ideal profile:

• Master’s degree in Law from an Italian university with a minimum grade of 110/110.
• One to three years of post-qualification experience in the corporate department of a top-tier law firm.
• Proven experience on Project Finance, Acquisition Finance, Corporate Lending and Export Credit.
• A strong team player with excellent organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
