Background
Trade Promotion Management helps Unilever plan, execute, and evaluate trade investments so we spend wisely, collaborate better with customers, and grow profitably. We are looking for a Product SME in Trade Promotion Management to be the go-to expert for business processes and product usage. You will help markets adopt our global model, translate local needs into clear guidance, and shape the future of our product.
Role Purpose
The Product SME – TPM will serve as a functional and product expert for the TPM solution, supporting deployments, product enhancements, process alignment, business readiness, and ongoing market operations. This role will support the broader TPM programme globally, collaborating with Product Owners, Platform teams, and Customer Development (CD) and customer operations stakeholders. The focus of this role is Product, business and functional process expertise, with the ability to translate market needs into product usage, best practices, and functional guidance while contributing to product roadmap and strategy
