We’re looking for a confident individual to join our Product Solutions team!

Qualified person should have experiences in advertising funnel, reach, brand lift, and contextual opportunities to understand advertiser’s needs and solutions.

Candidates must be knowledgeable about digital targeting, attribution models and reporting, and performance advertising with a strong understanding of businesses. In addition, candidates must have a strong knowledge base of digital advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop attributes and segmentations based on data insights generated from first, second, and third-party data.

  • Craft detailed requirements for data-driven solutions, ranging from targeting to planning to measurement.

  • Measure campaign effectiveness through various testing methods and recommend improvements.

  • Identify and prioritize product needs based on customers and marketplace feedback and communicate business requirements effectively to help drive an impactful ad product roadmap.

  • Work directly with clients to identify new features & functions and serve as a data insight expert in client meetings and solution development.

  • Consult internal teams based on – data insights, use cases, customer successes and unique value and differentiators.

  • Identifying opportunities for standardization & automation of existing solutions and processes to enable maximum potential from our teams.

  • Manage expectations regarding timing, capabilities, and the application of tests and analytics methodologies.

  • Be the business & solutions subject matter expert across the business in all areas of key funnels, reach and contextual solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years working in an adtech or Advertising Sales company, crafting new solutions, products, or go-to-market in the Agency and Brand space.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Advertising or related field.

  • Experience working with media, adtech vendors, and agencies.

  • Experience working with data solutions.

  • Must be comfortable with major data concepts (e.g. attribution reporting, machine learning, etc.)

  • Understanding & proficiency in media planning and measurement concepts.

  • Work to build support and consensus for ideas across teams.

  • Detail-oriented approach to crafting data-driven solutions, that serve client needs from end-to-end.

  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players.

  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).

The base pay range for this role is $130,350 to $200,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
