Responsibilities:

  • Lead Safety Culture: Promote safety awareness and proactive risk assessment across the Maintenance team.
  • Implement Predictive Maintenance: Deploy advanced preventive technologies for rotating and fixed equipment.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Use data and failure trends to set priorities, schedules, and spare parts strategies.
  • Apply Best Practices: Enhance programs for compressors, motors, pumps, winders, and cooling units.
  • Resolve Root Causes: Conduct failure analysis to eliminate recurring issues and improve reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or other related)
  • 3+ years experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
  • Proficient in root cause analysis and FMEA
  • Familiar with predictive maintenance technologies (thermography, vibration, oil analysis)
  • Understanding of electro-mechanical systems (drives, motors, valves, fans)
  • SAP experience a plus
