You will be responsible for:

• Maintain accurate accounting records

• Perform monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations

• Perform month end closing activities

• Liaison with the customers

• Liaison with the auditors

• Continues improvements: : you participate in global projects where process improvement will be an asset

• Liaising closely with all finance groups within the SSC and other support functions as necessary

• Internal control execution

• Ad-hoc requests

What do you need to become successful in this role?

• University degree or last year of studies (preferable accountancy, economy or finance)

• Experience in Finance & Accounting area (preferred GL and Reporting) will be an asset

• Good understanding of accounting principles

• Good command of English, both verbal and in writing

• Good MS Office skills

• Fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills

• Solution orientated with “can-do” attitude

Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally.
