What you will Bring

Strong experience designing and building finance-grade data models that support performance management, statutory views and management reporting

Proven capability developing enterprise “gold layer” assets, including curated fact tables, conformed dimensions and reusable calculation logic

Advanced SQL and data‑engineering skills, with experience optimising performance, scalability and reusability across large datasets

Experience translating business-defined metrics and rules into robust, testable code and measures that can be reused consistently across reports

Strong understanding of financial measures, aggregation logic, hierarchies, time intelligence and reconciliation requirements

Comfortable working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data pipelines, including orchestration, versioning and deployment practices

Experience implementing data quality checks, controls and automated validations appropriate for finance and regulatory use

Ability to design data assets that are analytics‑ready, enabling self‑service BI, advanced analytics and AI consumption without rework

Experience supporting multiple downstream tools (e.g. BI, planning, forecasting, analytics) from a single governed data layer

Uses AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, refactoring and documentation while maintaining engineering discipline

Understands the difference between one‑off reporting solutions and true enterprise assets, and engineers accordingly
