The Global Asset Management (GAM) program provides government and property management, equipment production maintenance, engineering asset tracking, mailing services, and tool crib support to our customers worldwide. The GAM program plays a critical role in enabling customer operations and ensuring timely delivery to their internal and external stakeholders.
Job Summary
KBR’s Readiness and Sustainment (R&S) Business Unit is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to serve as a strategic HR partner supporting the Global Asset Management (GAM) program. This individual will bring strong HR generalist expertise and broad business acumen to deliver end-to-end HR support and guidance across program operations.
Working in close partnership with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams across KBR, the Senior HR Generalist will provide expert support across the full lifecycle of HR administration and employee relations, while fostering a positive employee experience and strong engagement with program leadership and site management.

**This role will work a hybrid schedule onsite in Arizona and is not eligible for full-time remote work
Roles and Responsibilities
The responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, benefits inquiries, payroll issues, and general HR concerns
Partner with leadership to support project needs and workforce planning
Attend and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Mediate workplace conflicts and promote a positive, inclusive work environment through engagement initiatives
May direct resources, prioritize tasks, and provide guidance to less experienced team members
Leverage data insights to identify talent gaps and support the development of high-potential employees
Utilize HR technology, analytics, and innovative tools to streamline processes, improve employee experience, and improve operational efficiency
Support implementation and administration of human resources programs, policies, processes and procedures designed to attract, retain and reward employees in alignment with overall business strategy
Drive cultural adoption of employee development models through communication and training for managers as well as employees; develop and leads training for managers on performance management best practices
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
Will travel to various client sites as required
Basic Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Completion of a 4-year undergraduate degree
5+ years of relevant HR experience
Strong Employee Relations experience
Must be in or near the Phoenix or Tempe, AZ area
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
Professional HR certification (i.e., PHR, SHRM-CP)
Hands-on Workday administration experience with fluency in HR transaction processing within the tool
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build credibility with leadership
Proven business acumen and strategic thinking to align HR initiatives with business objectives
