We are seeking a motivated and experienced Buyer to join our team. This position is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing items, such as confection, watches, purses, etc., with the company’s quality standards and budget requirements. The Buyer will play a critical role in managing vendor relationships, tracking market trends, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms to secure the best possible deals.
  • Place purchase orders, monitor orders for timely delivery, and manage any discrepancies.
  • Manage budgets and reduce costs through effective procurement strategies.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels, forecast demand, and prevent stock outs.
  • Assess supplier performance and conduct quality checks to ensure all materials meet company standards.
  • Track market trends, analyze pricing, and create reports to support procurement decisions.
  • Work closely with other departments, including production, sales, and finance, to support overall business goals.
  • Ensure all purchases align with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or related role.
