The Practice – A Brief Sketch

As a part of the High-Tech industry practice, you will work with leading high-tech clients across the globe, develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned consultant for our high-tech industry strategy and consulting practice with minimum 6 years of experience; preferably a mix of industry and consulting experience. The ideal candidate should have worked with Enterprise Tech clients or have consulting experience delivering projects for such clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Consultant, you are expected to:

• Apply Enterprise Tech Industry Expertise
  Leverage end-to-end process knowledge and familiarity with enterprise tech industry benchmarks and best practices to support client engagements.
• Bridge Business Problems and Solutions
  Use structured problem-solving approaches to translate client challenges into actionable solutions.
• Contribute to Asset and POV Development
  Support the creation of Accenture-level assets, solutions, and industry points of view (PoVs) related to enterprise tech companies. Collaborate with senior team members to ensure relevance and impact.
• Conduct Market Research and Analysis
  Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the enterprise tech space—defined as high-tech manufacturing companies with a B2B model.
• Support Strategic Solution Implementation
  Assist in designing and executing strategies focused on digital transformation, innovation, operational efficiency, and customer engagement for enterprise tech clients.
• Collaborate Across Teams
  Work closely with technology, operations, and client-facing teams to deliver integrated solutions tailored to enterprise tech clients.
• Participate in Client Workshops and Meetings
  Present insights and recommendations clearly and effectively, contributing to client discussions and workshops.
• Build Client Relationships
  Establish credibility with enterprise tech clients by demonstrating industry knowledge and consulting expertise.
• Stay Current on Industry Developments
  Monitor emerging technologies, competitive dynamics, and industry shifts to inform client strategies.
• Mentor Junior Team Members
  Provide guidance and support to analysts and associates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Your experience counts!

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• 6 to 9 years of experience in management consulting or industry roles, with a mandatory focus on enterprise tech clients—either through direct employment or consulting engagements.
• Demonstrated experience working with or for enterprise tech companies, such as JCI, Jabil, Belden, GE Healthcare, Dell, HPI, Equinix, MSI, or similar B2B high-tech manufacturing organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and support data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with client stakeholders.
• Proven ability to contribute to client deliverables, including business cases, transformation roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn, especially in fast-paced, evolving enterprise tech environments.
• Willingness to travel, as required by client engagements.
