Product Coach
At CommBank, we are accelerating our ambition to become a truly product-led organisation. As part of this evolution, our Product Coach function plays a critical role in improving the quality of product decisions across teams strengthening how customer value, commercial outcomes and strategic priorities are defined, prioritised and measured.
As a Product Coach, you will work deeply within a team to uplift product decision quality. You will embed customer-led, commercially grounded and evidence-based product practices into existing Pace (Agile) cadences, strengthening how teams frame problems, test assumptions, make trade-offs and measure outcomes.
This is a product excellence role that strengthens the what and why of product decisions, ensuring investment, prioritisation, and experimentation are grounded in insight and value, rather than delivery‑level coaching. You will join a respected enterprise coaching community with strong executive sponsorship and a clear mandate to lift product maturity across CBA.
