Summary: This role is responsible for managing the SAP Authorized Education Partner (AEP) relationship and driving the execution of SAP Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs. The Program Led will ensure smooth partnership operations, scalable program design, and delivery readiness across enterprise, academic, and partner channels. Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage the SAP Education partnership, ensuring compliance with AEP requirements and alignment with SAP program goals. • Design, package, and oversee rollout of SAP Instructor-Led Training programs across multiple segments (Enterprises, Universities, Individuals). • Establish and streamline operations for scheduling, instructor enablement, learner experience, and program governance. • Develop learning programs at scale to support enterprise upskilling and workforce readiness. • Collaborate with SAP, internal stakeholders, and clients to co-develop initiatives and integrate training into transformation journeys. • Act as the key point of contact for program performance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Professional & Technical Skills: • Proven experience in partnership development (SAP partnership management experience preferred). • Background in managing learning & upskilling businesses, ideally with large-scale enterprise training. • Demonstrated success in creating and scaling learning programs. • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal, client, and partner ecosystems. • Direct client-facing experience with ability to represent learning services in executive conversations. • Experience in setting up operations for a structured learning program. • Readiness to own SAP partnership & program governance and drive associated outcomes. Additional Information: • 18+ years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on enterprise partnerships and training initiatives. • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with enterprise software providers. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments. • This position is based at our Bengaluru office. • A 15 years full time education is required.
