The Marketing Executive, will be based in Hong Kong and reports to Business Unit Director, Vaccines in Hong Kong and Macau.
The incumbent will be part of a high-performing team to drive strong results for the business and significant impact for customers. Our Marketing team are passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.
Your key responsibilities:
Product Strategy Development: Support product manager to develop cycle strategy and communicate to sales force in order to achieve annual marketing strategy
Promotional Material Design & Production: Lead the creation and execution of impactful promotional materials for vaccines, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
Consumer Activation Campaign Management: Strategically plan and manage innovative campaigns designed to enhance consumer engagement, increase vaccine awareness, and promote uptake across both traditional and digital channels.
Digital & Social Media Platform Management: Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies for digital marketing and social media engagement, aiming to maximize audience reach and interaction.
Scientific Meeting Management: Coordinate and facilitate scientific meetings and symposia, including speaker presentation preparation and exhibit booth management at local medical society events, to strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and highlight new vaccine advancements.
Project Management: Serve as the project leader for marketing initiatives, partnering closely with the regional & local market cross-functional teams to implement, monitor, and evaluate program effectiveness while providing recommendations for future initiatives.
Vendor Management: Identify, assess, and oversee vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions within designated timelines
Product Training: Provide product training to sales force, clearly communicate marketing objectives and strategies to them
Scientific Leader Management: Develop and maintain good relationship with key opinion leaders and medical professionals. Educate, influence and gain their support on our products
Competitor Landscape Monitoring: Keep updated on competitors’ promotional activities. Regularly communicate and update sales force on information about competitors and our counter strategy
Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Qualifications Required for the Role
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science or related disciplines
2-3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry including marketing experience
Sensitive to market trend / practice of pharmaceutical industry
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proficient in Outlook and MS-office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
