High-Level Project Summary/Intro:

What You'll Be Doing: Dev Technology Group is hiring an Associate Business Analyst to support this team with an enthusiasm for detail-oriented and transparent client and team support. The successful candidate will enjoy supporting the operational needs of a software development team, demonstrate excellent communication skills, an ability to work within a team, and a desire to achieve accurate results. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and in coordination with other team members and other intersecting teams, and ready to dive in with any tasks needed to complete the work.

  • Assist in gathering and documenting requirements
  • Support the team in the creation of wireframes
  • Assist in the creation of test documentation
  • Create technical documentation
  • Provide Tier I customer support

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, high degree of maturity and professionalism, logical thinking; excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve issues, strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communications skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Desire to work with a team in a wide variety of capacities to sure team success
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
  • Excellent diplomacy and communication skills with both clients and technical staff
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded
  • Ability and desire to work independently, provide ideas for process improvement
  • Ability and desire to help guide others in their career development needs
  • Ability to obtain the required government security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Knowledge of software development concepts and best practices a plus
