<title>About the role</title>

The Senior Operations Specialist within Driver Operations leverages deep domain expertise to enhance driver onboarding and engagement processes. This role works closely with Central and Local operations stakeholders as well as Engineering and LCM teams to set up, maintain and improve driver onboarding and engagement process flows. This role drives process improvements including exploring new opportunities to improve guidance through the use of AI. The Senior Operations Specialist ensures consistency at a global level, keeping documentation up to date and creates training guides for new features.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Managing onboarding and driver engagement guidance and guidance centers, addressing defects.</point> 

• <point>Optimising registration and driver engagement flows and manages approvals in a timely manner.</point>

• <point>Scoping areas for improvement within the registration flow with Central and Local Operations Managers.</point> 

• <point>Liaising with Engineering and LCM to set up onboarding statuses and comms including decline reasons and comms.</point> 

• <point>Exploring new opportunities to improve onboarding and quality guidance for Drivers including using AI videos.</point>

• <point>Ensuring documentation is up to date in relation to the registration flow and maintains consistency globally.</point>
