What will you do?

As part of our Asset Management & Performance (AM&P) team, you will provide independent OT cybersecurity advisory and assurance services across renewable energy, rail and facilities projects — primarily greenfield energy developments and Owner’s Engineer (OE) engagements.

You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle — from supplier selection through to post-commissioning — ensuring cybersecurity is embedded from day one.

This is an advisory role. You won’t be a gatekeeper. Instead, you’ll provide technical leadership, risk insight and architectural guidance to ensure secure, resilient operational environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing OT network architectures and segmentation strategies
• Assessing remote access solutions and monitoring integrations
• Evaluating vendor and system integrator deliverables
• Identifying cyber risks early to reduce downstream remediation
• Translating enterprise IT security requirements into practical OT-aligned controls
• Supporting compliance with SOCI and evolving regulatory obligations
• Coordinating across IT security, OT engineering teams, suppliers and integrators

You’ll ensure cybersecurity controls align with safety, reliability and availability requirements critical to energy infrastructure.

You’re passionate about securing critical infrastructure and understand the unique challenges of OT environments.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong experience in OT cybersecurity within energy, rail, utilities or critical infrastructure
• Deep understanding of OT architectures, industrial networks and segmentation principles
• Experience advising across project lifecycles (design through operations)
• Familiarity with SOCI obligations and industry cybersecurity standards
• Ability to identify risk and provide practical, commercially grounded recommendations
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders, engineers, IT teams and vendors
• Comfort working in complex, evolving and ambiguous environments
