Job Description Summary

Responsible for the roadmap, delivery, and adoption of AI-enabled Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions supporting global Wind manufacturing operations. Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Digital Technology teams to improve planning accuracy, decision-making, productivity, and business outcomes through digital, data, and AI capabilities.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Own the IBP product roadmap, prioritizing business value, user adoption, and AI-driven capabilities.
  • Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to identify opportunities for automation, predictive insights, and process optimization.
  • Lead the design, delivery, integration, and support of IBP solutions and related data products.
  • Drive adoption of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to improve demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and operational performance.
  • Establish data, process, and governance standards to ensure reliable planning outcomes.
  • Continuously improve planning capabilities through automation, simplification, and generative AI technologies.
  • Work with Agile teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that support business transformation.

 

Qualifications / Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field
  • 10 Years experience with Supply Chain Planning and Digital Technologies in manufacturing, preferably in Wind or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and manufacturing operations
  • Relevant experience delivering AI, analytics, automation, or data-driven solutions in a business environment.
  • Proven product management experience in global organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
