About the role

Job Description

What you might be working on

  • Processing and recording lease information based on internal guidelines
  • Reviewing lease documents to identify key data (dates, payments, obligations)
  • Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
  • Performing data checks and following quality controls
  • Supporting daily operational (BAU) activities
  • Working closely with team members to meet deadlines
  • Following established processes and documentation

Who we are looking for

  • No previous professional experience required
  • Interest in administrative, data-focused work
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with systems and structured processes
  • Basic to intermediate MS Office skills
  • Reliable, organized, and able to follow guidelines
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Additional European language is an advantage
