The IT Services Analyst is responsible for understanding the vision and strategy for and assisting in delivering a specific IT management service domain that creates high value for C&D aligned with company and goals and objectives. This individual is responsible for performing specific tasks in operating the framework and process(es) needed for effective delivery of the specific IT management service and supporting others in the use of the IT services framework and tools. The IT Services Analyst helps analyze, monitor performance, and identify areas of improvement for the IT management service and assists in implementing those improvements, under the guidance of IT Services Management. The IT Services Analyst promotes the benefit of and provides basic support in the use of the processes, tools and techniques related to the domain-specific IT management service, including external vendors/partners who must engage in these services with C&D. This individual may play a direct role in supporting these services on IT projects or in domain-specific situations.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                                       

• Understands the vision and strategy for the IT management domain services.
• Performs specific tasks in the implementation of the IT management service.
• Promotes the value of the IT management service.
• Helps analyze, monitor performance, identify areas of improvement, and assist in implementing the improvements to the IT management service under the guidance of others.
• Govern ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.) and associated operating procedures.
• Maintain IT Contact Management processes and procedures. Drive for contract consistency and standards
• Manage multivendor governance model and build partnership mindset with vendors.
• Create and maintain metrics for contract processing.
• Create and maintain dashboarding for Vendor Management Office and Contract Processing.

Education and Experience            

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, IT Management, or related discipline or equivalent work experience (HR will determine whether a degree is required)
• 0 to 2 years IT experience
• Knowledge of IT management frameworks and processes preferred.
• Relevant business experience within manufacturing environment, particularly in consumer products preferred.

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business requirements and manage to tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and compromise.
