This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Our solutions are central to enabling the next generation of electrified, automated, and connected vehicles, and we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence.

Your Role:

Join EDS Team to start and grow a new account in EMEA region.

Manage Customer Relations:

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key account in the automotive sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, questions, and ongoing communication.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with Finance, Logistics, Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, and Product Development.
  • Provide insights to internal teams based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Recommend corrective and improvement actions where needed.

Manage Existing Programs:

  • Maintain the newly created customer account
  • Preparing calculations, pricing, and commercial offers for customers.
  • Conducting price negotiations related to changes and project topics.
  • Managing and supporting internal change management processes and tools.
  • Prepare data and maintain key KPIs.
  • Maintain customer information in the B2B customer portal.

Grow the Account:

  • Support acquisition of new projects and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate RFQ response preparation
  • Maintain Customer Opportunities Pipeline in internal databases

 Requirements:

  • Experience in Account Management, ideally within the automotive or B2B manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, pricing models, and KPIs.
  • Proven experience in commercial and price negotiations.
  • Excellent customer relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with CRM or SAP is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel on business.
  • English – advanced level required.
  • Korean language is a highly valued asset.
