As a Service Engineer - Outdoor, you’ll be part of our T&O Commercial team working as a on-site employee.  

  • Lead and manage the Service associates, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Implement service processes & procedures. Impart repair training to engineers, dealers & customers.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall service quality.
  • Manage and analyze service metrics, warranty & identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Mechanical / Electrical).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams and service operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Power tools & Outdoor equipment’s.
  • Knowledge in SAP, MS Office & CRM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks.
