About the role
Deliver exceptional customer service to practitioners, patients, and internal/external stakeholders within the Wellness Centre
Manage bookings, billing, invoicing, and related finance tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing
Oversee daily administrative operations including correspondence, enquiries, records, stationery, and general office support
Support practitioner onboarding and orientation, and ensure compliance with required qualifications, registrations, and memberships
Maintain a safe, professional, and confidential environment in line with Privacy Act requirements and organisational policies
About you
Proven experience in high-level administration or secretarial support, ideally in a healthcare or hospital environment
Strong understanding of healthcare policies, procedures, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
High-level computer literacy, including MS Office and experience with clinical systems such as Cliniko and MOSAIQ
Experience or understanding of billing, invoicing, and administrative processes within health or allied health settings
