Job Description

SBMA is currently seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to join our team. Qualified candidates will possess self-motivation, the ability to pay very close attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Captive Financial Analysis and Oversight: Forecast and analyze DAP, performance trends, and correspondence with various executives regarding financial performance

· Captive Operations and Reporting: Auditing captive reporting, identify and report discrepancies, and perform various reconciliations

· Project Management: Coordinate interdepartmental process changes and implementation of new procedures with follow-up to completion and maintain recurring task processes in various systems such as Jira

· Audit Preparation and Support: Prepare documentation and take lead on various audits and data requests from our captive agency partner

· Report Development: Oversee creation and updates of SQL based reports. Perform regular testing to ensure consistency across reports and tie bank balances

· System Improvement and Error Monitoring: Establish monitoring systems for interdepartmental errors reports, ensure no unresolved errors exist on a regular basis, and determine root causes and fixes

· Strategic Planning and Optimization: Monitor performance and identify trends and make strategic recommendations

· Any additional duties as requested by C-level executives and directors

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
