Job Responsibilities:
* Assist Manager to manage the daily operations of Customer Relationship Executives and coordinate with relevant departments

* Motivate Customer Relationship Executives to ensure relevant sales targets are met through the on-going contact with coded customers

* Provide timely advices to Customer Relationship Executives to develop relationships with coded customers with the aim of driving referrals & constant visitation to MGM

* Explain new and on-going program offers, and establish scripted information for Customer Relationship Executives to upsell all potential relevant offers to coded customers

* Constantly adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals

* Maintain records of guest contact history & personal information; always ensuring the database is up to date

* Constantly seek for potential improvements through collecting feedbacks from customers and the team

* Implement departmental development plans provided by managements



Job Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of sales experience or customer services
* Diploma degree or above

* Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; knowledge of Contact Centre & CRM Software beneficial

* Full conversant with MS Office applications

* Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
