About the Role
 
Researcher Academy is Elsevier’s free e-learning platform for early career researchers. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a master’s student looking to enter the field of marketing communications. You will gain experience in a large international organization.
 
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the platform’s content development and marketing initiatives to increase user acquisition and retention;
  • Coordinating the creation of learning content in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, online community/social media management, and market and competitor analysis.

Requirements
  • Be enrolled at a Dutch university as a master’s student (MSc/PhD in Sciences or Marketing) for the duration of the internship;
  • Be sure to receive credits (in case of non EU-students)from your university for this internship;
  • Be an English speaker (near native) with excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Have social media management skills (Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and experience with paid advertisement;
  • Have solid skills in editing and producing multi-media marketing content, including imagery and video;
  • Have experience with live streaming/webinar development and support;
  • Have research acumen – (organizing and leading focus groups, customer surveys, market analysis).

What we offer

  • Internship duration approximately 6-9 months (duration can be discussed)
  • Remuneration: 500 Euros /month, 5 days a week
