About the role

Commercial Manager / Business Lead – Thailand

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving Envista’s commercial performance and strengthening our market position across assigned OpCos in Thailand. You will lead and supervise cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, and technical functions to identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities.

You will play a critical role in defining market strategy, expanding customer reach, and positioning Envista as a comprehensive solutions provider. This includes driving revenue and market share growth, supporting new product launches, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring strong brand presence in the market.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, Thailand, you will also be coached and developed to further strengthen commercial execution capabilities and leadership impact. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver sustainable business growth aligned with Envista’s strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do

You will drive business growth and market expansion by leading and developing cross-functional teams, identifying and capturing new opportunities, and executing strategic initiatives aligned to commercial priorities. The role is responsible for delivering revenue, margin, and profitability targets through effective channel management, business development, and strong stakeholder engagement, while strengthening Envista’s brand positioning. It also ensures operational excellence, compliance, and close collaboration with regional and global teams, while building strategic relationships with customers, partners, and Key Opinion Leaders.
