Vice President of Digital Experiences and Marketing Operations
Why We Have This Role
We’re looking for an experienced senior leader of digital experiences and marketing operations to deliver impact by building a strong team, sophisticated tech stack, agile and clear processes, and define our operating model across digital experiences, operations, analytics, web, and localization. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader who has the right mix of strategic and technical thinking, and has a passion for building and innovation. This position will be critical in helping build the next evolution of Qualtrics marketing, and will report directly to the CMO.

- Must have experience building and scaling an omnichannel digital and sophisticated marketing operations foundation for a global team.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high-performing talent in a regionally dispersed team.
- Self-motivated, excellent communication, people management, and awareness of the latest trends in martech and AI to innovate for marketing teams.
- Strong executive presence and comfort with creating clear direction, plans, processes, and organization alignment in a fast-growing, multi-channel, 150+ person marketing organization.
- Growth mindset to audit and optimize existing marketing tools and processes while also adding new technologies and operational efficiencies to achieve business goals.

Things You’ll Do
- Build a cohesive customer experience across all digital touchpoints including our marketplace, self-service commercial experiences, web, and brand digital surfaces.
- Enable optimal marketing performance and data-informed decision-making through a strong marketing ops architecture and foundation.
- Lead the transformation efforts across marketing to adopt AI capabilities across the team.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing operations strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team across marketing operations, analytics, web management, and localization.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing operations, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and support marketing initiatives.
- Manage budget and resources for the team, optimizing for ROI.
- Drive the development of marketing analytics frameworks to measure performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the website to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with IT, web development, and RevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies across the GTM platforms. Serve as a liaison between marketing and IT to leverage technology in driving operational efficiency.
- Lead efforts to adapt marketing strategies and materials for local markets, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance.
- Develop and manage a localization strategy that enhances brand presence in targeted regions.
What We’re Looking For On Your CV
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, analytics, and digital strategy, with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- 15+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology stack, analytics tools, and web management.
- Ability to drive and lead change across marketing and the company. Acts as a leader in the company for best practices in GTM operations.
