We’re looking for an Admin Advantage UBA I to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to provide frontline administrative support for plan member transactions and employer-related benefit processes within Admin Advantage. You will handle routine to moderately complex casework with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring adherence to defined service levels. Your responsibilities include updating data, processing benefit changes, responding to inquiries, and supporting day‑to‑day operational workflows to ensure a positive experience for both members and clients.  

Position Responsibilities: 

  • ​Process member and employer benefit transactions accurately within established SLAs.

  • Review and update plan member information across applicable systems.

  • Support case resolution through research, documentation, and follow-up activities.

  • Maintain high-quality standards through compliance with policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

  • Collaborate with teammates and leads to manage workloads and ensure timely service delivery.

  • Escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution and minimize service disruptions.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Open to bachelor’s degree holders from any field of study

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and internal case-processing tools

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with administrative or customer support workflows

  •  Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
