Monitor and operate cement manufacturing equipment to support safe and efficient production.
Perform routine inspections and identify operational issues for timely resolution.
Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure work areas remain clean and organized.
Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies while collaborating with plant team members.
Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
Mechanical aptitude and the capability to learn cement manufacturing processes and systems.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize and communicate operational concerns.
Effective teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in a production environment.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing operational needs.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
$24.00 to $25.00 per hour.
