Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Products and Solutions F/T
Overview
Provide support to teams in developing products and solutions by sharing knowledge of products, services, or platform capabilities within their defined market and/or segment.
Role
• Collaborate with internal Mastercard teams to develop the Customer Solution Center value proposition by analyzing customer needs and issues, and offering expertise on Mastercard's platforms, products, and services.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs and communicate the latest customer requirements and opportunities to contribute to client solutions and introduce new products and solutions to the region while optimizing their performance.
• Monitor progress and report on project plans and roadmaps while measuring and tracking Key Performance Indicators.
• Assist in the creation of internal knowledge documents such as case studies and industry best practices.
• Lead customer meetings focused on products, optimization, and technical implementation/project management, as well as internal meetings on product/revenue performance.
About You
• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related and four (4) years of experience in job offered or as a Product Specialist, Associate Analyst, or related.
• Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Data Analytics (KPIs, Drivers); Financial Planning (Oracle Hyperion); Product Management; Product & Solutions Sales; Data Visualization (Tableau, PowerBI); Enterprise Reporting (SQL, Query creation); Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Rate of pay: $147,576 - $202,000

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges
Miami, Florida: $95,000 - $152,000 USD
