The Manager of Planning, Logistics, and Bonded Factory Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain, including production planning, inventory management, transportation, and regulatory compliance within bonded factory environments. This leadership position ensures that all operations align with business objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory standards, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement short-term and long-term supply chain strategies to meet production targets, manage inventory, and support business growth.
Production Planning: Oversee the creation and execution of production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Logistics Management: Manage inbound and outbound logistics, coordinate with transportation providers, and ensure on-time delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
Bonded Factory Operations: Supervise all activities within the bonded factory, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to security protocols.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, implement inventory management best practices, and minimize excess and obsolete stock.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and technology adoption across planning, logistics, and factory operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, finance, quality, etc.) and external partners (suppliers, customs brokers, logistics providers).
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local, national, and international laws governing bonded warehouses and logistics activities.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in planning, logistics, and/or bonded factory operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of bonded warehouse regulations, customs compliance, and international trade practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in supply chain management software and ERP systems.

The role is primarily based in a bonded factory, with regular interaction with office-based teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities. Occasional travel may be required.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
