Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Contract Manager to join our global Legal team and support one of DXC’s core Offerings (CES, GIS or ISB). In this role, you will partner closely with Client Partners, CSMs, Delivery, and Operations teams to manage the full post‑execution contract lifecycle for our customer accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate: MSA renewals, Statements of Work, Amendments, Other renewals, Changes Requests, and other post‑execution contract documents.
• Interpret contract terms and advise Account Teams on: Obligations, Risks, Scope control, Disputes, and Commercial issues.
• Support governance by maintaining accurate contract records, change logs, and executive summaries.
• Participate in account reviews and collaborate with Legal Teams (Transactions, Litigation, Compliance) as needed.
• Improve contract processes, templates, and efficiencies using AI and contract management tools.

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial contracting, legal support, or contract management (technology/services preferred).
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract interpretation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex legal concepts for business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across global teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with contract management systems is a plus.
