HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?💥

• As a Finance/Performance Manager, you will lead engagements helping public‑sector clients optimize budget, cost, and performance, architect operating models, and establish performance accountability. You will set direction, ensure delivery quality, manage senior relationships, and build long‑term client capability. Typical responsibilities include shaping diagnostics, guiding program/service reviews, orchestrating fiscal reinvention sessions, and steering initiatives that turn analysis into measurable outcomes.

📌 Skills:

• Government Financial Strategy & Analysis: Oversee interpretation of budgets/ACFRs; advise on fiscal strategy and risk mitigation.
• Cost Optimization Leadership: Govern portfolios of savings initiatives; set targets; track realization; drive decision escalations.
• Operating Model Design & Implementation: Architect future‑state models; define org roles, governance, and policies; oversee change/release plans.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Manage executive relationships; facilitate decision‑making; build coalitions; ensure transparent communications.
• Public Sector Transformation & Value Realization: Integrate diagnostics into a transformation roadmap; establish PMO/control‑tower routines; institutionalize outcomes tracking.
