Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA and CATIA. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and testing applications, and ensuring the quality of the final product. Key responsibilities--- 1. Solving tickets - Incidents and SRs as per demand. 2. Proactively carrying of RCA for recurring reported issues 3. Quick turnaround time for P1/P2 for acknowledgement and resolution 4. Crisp communication skills with end users, to keep the status reported Technical Experience--- 1. Strong domain expertise in CAD (CATIA and SOLIDWORKS), Enovia 3DEXPERIENCE knowledge if any will be nice to have. 2. Strong communication, stakeholder Mgmt. skills, minimum 4+ years of experience working on Support/AMS 3. Knowledge on PLM Eco-system - Integration with CAD, ERP Professional Experience-- 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and comfortable discussing technical issues 2. Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers.
