We are seeking a passionate and talented Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing Services Technology team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of cutting-edge machine learning models and data pipelines that power our core services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Spark and other data processing tools.
• Implement and manage MLOps processes for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of models and pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and MLOps.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI/ML infrastructure and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with relevant ML libraries.
• Experience with Spark for data processing and pipeline development.
• Understanding of MLOps principles and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of AI/ML.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
