Job Description:

1） Be responsible for developing E-com (channel) strategies that support to deliver CBG CHK OP and portfolio priorities as well as controlling spending within budget, including but not limited to traditional e-com, social e-com and new emerging customers.

2）Develop and upgrade e-com team capabilities that enable 3M CBG brands performance consistently along with frequent upgrade core skills & ways of working with e-com platforms

3）Cascade down e-com OP target into sub-teams, lead sub-teams to work out action plans with details such as UV, conversion, content & media effectiveness etc.

4）Optimize user experiences on Flagship stores as well as top online stores of major e-com platforms that 3M plays

5）Drive data analysis to enable business plan with quality and ROI improvements

6）Own customer relationship building with main e-com platforms
