The Docketing Specialist position requires a flexible and detail-oriented candidate who is able to manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills.
The Docketing Specialist will be responsible for working both independently and with the docketing team to maintain the firm’s docketing system and will perform skilled tasks associated with the administrative needs of the Intellectual Property and Technology attorneys. The Docketing Specialist reports to the Manager, National Annuities and Docketing.
This position is ideally located in Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio, Texas. We offer a hybrid working policy which requires being in the office on an as needed basis. It is expected that this position may work remotely, unless requested to come into the office by their supervisor. This is a non-exempt position and eligible for overtime pay when appropriate. Overtime and flexibility in schedule may be required from time to time.
