Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the success of Vizient’s Enterprise Account Management team. You will manage key initiatives and drive operational efficiency. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer account operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management and analytic support to Enterprise Account Management teams in sales and delivery initiatives.

  • Support customer-facing and internal meetings which could include scheduling, agenda preparation, collection of content, and presentation development.

  • Monitor billing and payments of assigned accounts and escalate issues to the Enterprise Account Management team as needed.

  • Manage timeline of specific follow ups, action items, or customer deliverables to ensure targeted due dates are met.

  • Maintain relevant updates of activity within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for all assigned providers, including contact information, active opportunities, provider meetings & important communication.

  • Monitor and review customer survey feedback and escalate to the Enterprise Account Management team for follow up when needed.

  • Monitor the business unit and executive account plans to identify and surface potential gaps, track KPIs to determine overall account health, and develop and maintain deliverables for leadership relative to account priorities and growth targets.

  • Stay up to date on market/ industry trends and provider dynamics and share information across Enterprise Account Management teams to ensure competitiveness and grow market position.

  • Maintain internal Vizient Subject Matter Expertise (SME) contact list and follow processes for engagement of SMEs and Commercial Enablement to support progression of opportunities through the sales cycle.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience required.

  • Experience in SaaS account management within a CRM preferred.

  • Experience in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.

  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational and project management skills and ability to prioritize, plan, schedule and execute.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.
