Freese and Nichols Inc. is looking for a Biller with experience in project-related billings to join our San Antonio or Austin, Texas offices.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Bill project invoices
  • Complete reviews of subconsultant agreements
  • Review and approve expense reports
  • Assist in completion of compliance audit reporting
  • Assist the Billing Team, Operational Analysts, and Project Managers as applicable

Major Accountabilities

  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines with effective time management skills
  • Provide strong quality control and attention to detail
  • Perform tasks utilizing all accounting tools and resources provided
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, adaptability, and initiative
  • Demonstrate effective judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to solve common billing issues
  • Demonstrate beginner to moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products, and Bluebeam Revu and/or Adobe Acrobat software

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in billing or accounting functions at a professional services firm
  • Microsoft Excel experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • BST10 experience
  • Accounting experience in the AEC industry
