Position Summary

1、Serve as technical expert to provide day-to-day application support to customer in assigned regions. Maintain technical expertise to provide consultancy and support on marketing strategy and activity.

2、Work is performed under the general direction of Marketing Manager of Business Unit.

Main Tasks

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • ­Provide external after-sales application training to customer in assigned regions to ensure value perception and customer satisfaction of CZ product. It will include post-install training on machine operation and follow-up in-depth training on clinical application for defined product.50%
  • ­Support pre-sale by advance demo 20%
  • ­Work closely with KOL , reference site and VIP customers in assigned regions to support on clinical study, product trial, training seminar, guru visit, and publication & presentation, etc. 15%
  • ­Support on market information, sales training, marketing activities and sales aids 15%
  • ­Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor degree in related disciplines and 2 years clinical working experience, major in ophthalmology is preferred or Master degree or above in related disciplines

Experience

  • 2+ years clinical experience

  • Chinese and English language skills: Proficient in writing, reading, listening and speaking
  • Quick learning
  • Willing to business trip frequently
  • Endure pressure
  • Requires strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication necessary to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
