Responsibilities

  • Own and drive business development strategy for robotics products and solutions, aligning with overall company growth objectives.

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with key customers, partners, and ecosystem players (OEMs, integrators, distributors).

  • Build and manage strong executive‑level relationships with customers, serving as a trusted commercial and strategic partner.

  • Lead end‑to‑end deal cycles, including opportunity qualification, value proposition development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.

  • Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to translate customer needs into product and solution roadmaps.

  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape in robotics and automation industries.

  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, pricing models, and partnership frameworks for robotics offerings.

  • Prepare and deliver business reviews, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements as a business ambassador.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • 8–12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in robotics, automation, industrial technology, or related sectors.

  • Strong understanding of robotics systems, automation solutions, and industrial applications.

  • Proven track record of driving complex, high‑value deals and long sales cycles.

  • Experience working with cross‑functional global teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking capability.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.

  • Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving market environment.

  • Willingness to travel as required to support customer and partner engagements.
