What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years sales experience including direct interaction with business customers
  • Experience with financial service marketing and risk use cases
  • An ability to support TU’s strategy to grow the core data services and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions within our Financial Services line of business
  • Effectively and efficiently address account issues
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to navigate the TU internal matrix and identify the appropriate resources to achieve sales goals and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience working with fintech and other lenders with unique business models a plus.
  • Previous experience with data and insights preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related experience
  • This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Collaborate with Industry Executives, Client Executives, Business Development, and internal partners in management of solution specific opportunities.
  • Proactively work to gain comprehensive understanding of client requirements related to solution implementations, insuring a positive client experience.
  • Utilize SalesForce to manage opportunity implementation and day-to-day activities, tasks and meetings.
  • Communicate with client users of TransUnion solutions on a regular cadence to identify gaps in product usage and resolve issues.
  • Responsible for expansion, upsell and cross-sell of TransUnion solutions through regular communication with users of TransUnion solutions.
  • Responsible for gathering Voice of User feedback.
  • Work closely with Sales Support team to accurately bill solutions, create and update enablement codes ,and access custom reports.
