The Opportunity
As a Senior Program Manager for the Employee Experience Program Management Office (EX PMO) in the Office of the Chief People Officer (oCPO), you will partner across the global organization to develop, manage, and scale our most critical, employee-facing programs, initiatives, and operations. What You'll Do
Lead Strategic HR Initiatives: Partner with HR leadership and collaborate across COE partners to drive key strategic HR programs and processes. Translate executive vision into actionable strategies, detailed plans, and measurable outcomes. Secure investment for transformation efforts through cost-benefit analyses and clear articulation of return on investment.
Portfolio Management: Support design and build of our EX portfolio management framework and approach, with focus on bringing visibility across programs and enabling cross-functional collaboration, resourcing, and prioritization. Drives consistency, rigor, and scale by standardizing how work is scoped, delivered, and reported across the HR portfolio.
Operational Excellence: Identify, design, implement, and scale process and technology improvements. Leverages program data and business feedback to drive continuous improvement and accountability across workstreams.
Champion End User Experience: Drive scalable solutions with a focus on usability, global and local relevance, and continuous improvement. Leverage agile practices to test, learn, and adapt quickly. Guide teams in developing intuitive, inclusive services and efficient processes for a variety of personas.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with global and regional Employee Experience, Communications, IT, Legal, and Finance teams to align on goals, co-create solutions, and ensure smooth execution. Facilitate effective decision making across EX and extended partners in a matrixed, global environment.
AI Fluency: Continuously experiment, innovate, and incorporate AI tools to drive efficiencies, optimization and innovation.
Program Management Community: Support capability building and skilling efforts across the global EX PgM Community, supporting shared best practices, tools, and ways of working.
What you need to succeed:
7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or operations in global, matrixed organizations, preferably within HR
Outstanding ability to program manage multiple complex initiatives and operations, especially transformational change initiatives
Experience designing, implementing, scaling, and optimizing global HR processes and programs
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, identify and align diverse perspectives, and advise and influence senior partners
Ability to use critical thinking skills to breakdown sizable problems into meaningful pieces, and leverage data to derive insights
Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills
Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills, and solid attention to detail
Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as basic technical understanding to effectively communicate with technical teams

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,400 -- $248,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $171,600 - $248,400
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
