Department Overview

Theatro a Motorola Solutions Company is a cutting-edge mobile communication platform for frontline workers, powered by GenAI. It transforms communication, collaboration, and operations in fast-paced industries like retail, hospitality, and manufacturing.

Job Description

Join a collaborative product engineering team dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality
software at scale. Our QA team ensures the stability, performance, and usability of modern
web applications through robust test strategies, automation, and quality processes. We
focus on building comprehensive testing frameworks, championing best practices, and
driving a culture of quality across the organization. We solve real-world challenges and
ensure every release meets the highest standards of functionality, performance, and user
experience.

Basic Requirements

Primary roles and responsibilities:
● Bug-free software delivery.
● Work closely with the Development team on requirement gathering, analysis, and
feasibility of automation.
● Articulate Test strategy, Test cases, and Test Setup and lead the show.
● Ability to guide and motivate the team.

Mandatory skills:
● 6+ years of experience in Application Testing, Manual testing.
● Working experience in Linux environment and good knowledge of Linux commands.
● Strong scripting and automation skills including Python and shell scripting.
● Hands-on with MySQL dB's.
● Knowledge of client-server working modules.
● Good to have VOIP application testing knowledge.
● Knowledge of SVN, Git ,Jira.
● Should have worked in Telecom testing and have good knowledge of TCP/IP,
UDP/IP protocols.

Nice to have skills:
● Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes,
AWS/GCP/Azure).
● Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Sentry).
● Performance testing tools and Mobile testing exposure.
