Our Business Unit mCMM is working on the next generation of multisensoric Coordinate measuring machines, with a direct impact on products, technologies and processes across the entire organization. The sensors used on the systems are a key component to enable its performance. For an innovation and transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who can design, structure and drive complex technical programs and successfully anchor them in the organization in a sustainable way. Drive technology innovations that will directly impact industrial customers worldwide!

Your Role

  • You take end-to-end responsibility for a strategic, multi-year innovation and transformation program in the field of multisensoric coordinate measuring machines

  • You define program goals, milestones, workstreams and governance structures and ensure their consistent implementation.

  • You coordinate and align cross-functional teams (e.g. R&D, product management, production, quality, Sales & Service) and act as the central technical and organizational point of contact.

  • You identify technological and process-related dependencies and risks at an early stage and derive suitable mitigation and implementation measures.

  • You prepare and lead decision-making meetings and workshops with senior stakeholders and ensure transparent communication on progress, challenges and results.

  • You ensure that new solutions, technologies and processes are successfully industrialized and transferred into regular operations, including change management and training aspects.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Systems Engineering or a comparable field

  • Several years of experience in CMM sensor technology, precision/high‑precision engineering, optics or electronics as well as data flows, algorithms and software architectures, including multiple years of responsibility as a Technical Project/Program Manager for cross‑departmental and/or cross‑site projects

  • Experience in lateral and/or disciplinary leadership of transformation or change projects across multiple departments/functional lines

  • Strong skills in facilitation, workshop design and conflict resolution

  • Strong ability to communicate technical topics at management level in an understandable way, prepare decisions and convince stakeholders

  • Structured, analytical and solution‑oriented way of working with a clear focus on results

  • Very good command of English; German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
