Responsibilities:

• Establishment, organization, and leadership of the Metal Bellows & Punching production line with a team of approximately 10 employees – with a strong focus on quality, on‑time delivery, production costs, and the implementation of lean management principles
• Further development of the production line with emphasis on manufacturing processes and automation
•  Willingness to actively support day‑to‑day operations when necessary
• Leadership and development of the team through a motivating, clear, and team‑oriented management style that promotes accountability and goal‑oriented work
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and internal requirements regarding occupational safety, health and environmental protection, as well as quality management

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a mechanical engineering technician, industrial foreman, or a comparable technical qualification
• Strong leadership skills with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, high assertiveness, and empathy in dealing with employees
•  Ideally, technical expertise in stamping and welding
• Knowledge of lean management as well as HSE (Health, Safety, Environment)
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
