SALARY RANGE : RM 4200 - RM 5500

The Role:

Based in Kuala Lumpur,  the Senior Executive, Interline and Partnership  is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing interline partnerships with other airlines. The role involves managing the end-to-end interline process, fostering strong relationships with partner airlines, and ensuring seamless cooperation for the benefit of both parties to drive maximum commercial value.

Key Responsibilities and Competencies:

• Relationship Support: Assist in acquiring, building, and maintaining strong partnerships with airlines, supporting the team as a contact point for inquiries and issue resolution.

• Interline Agreement Assistance: Support the negotiation and management of agreements with partner airlines, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulations.

• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth interline operations and assist in identifying areas for improvement.

• Market Research: Conduct research and analysis on market trends and competition to support the expansion and optimization of partnerships.

• Team Support: Assist the team responsible for interline operations and partnerships, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have  these skills, qualification  and experience:

• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of airline industry regulations and best practices.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support stakeholder relationships.

• Analytical Skills: Good analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize them effectively.

• Team Collaboration: Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to achieving strategic objectives.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.

• Some experience or familiarity with airline operations or managing airline partnerships is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of interline settlement systems (e.g., IATA ICH) and industry standards is advantageous.
